1. Data we collect
Account details such as name, email, phone and role; business information submitted by sellers; buyer preferences and budgets; identity verification documents; and usage data such as device, IP address and pages visited.
2. How we use it
To run the marketplace, verify listings and users, match buyers with businesses, route listings to brokers, process NDAs and data room access, send notifications, and keep the platform secure.
3. Who we share it with
Confidential business data is shared only with buyers who have signed an NDA and, where required, been approved by the seller. Brokers see only listings assigned to them. We use service providers for hosting, email, payments and identity checks under data processing agreements.
4. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as required for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Deal records are retained for audit.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. You can manage most settings in your account or contact privacy@buyselldigital.com.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and two-step verification to protect your data.
