These terms govern your use of BuySellDigital, a marketplace that connects sellers of SaaS companies, apps, websites and online businesses with buyers, investors, brokers and deal scouts. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Accounts and roles
You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding contracts. Each account has one role: seller, buyer, broker or deal scout. Brokers and deal scouts are approved by our team before getting access.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Listings
Sellers must provide accurate information about their business, including revenue, profit, customer count and ownership. We review every submission and may request changes, decline or remove a listing at our discretion.
Publishing a listing does not mean we guarantee its accuracy. Buyers should carry out their own due diligence.
3. Confidential information
Some information is only shared after a buyer signs our standard NDA and, where required, the seller approves access. You may only use confidential information to evaluate the transaction it relates to.
4. Brokers and commissions
Brokers and deal scouts work only on listings assigned to them. Commission terms are set in the partner agreement and recorded against each deal. Commissions are payable only on deals that close.
5. Fees
Any fees for sellers, buyers or brokers are shown before you are charged. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not post false information, circumvent the platform to avoid fees, contact a seller’s customers or staff without consent, scrape data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
BuySellDigital is a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between users. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from deals, listings or user conduct.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
